PTM Rockers and Bumpers or leave them black?

Well now I'm having a hard time finding enough paint to do it

 

I hate that problem dude.. Lol now you know how I felt when trying to get all the rustoleum.. went to 4 stores

 

I just went to one on my lunch.....now I gotta hit every store between here and the house haha

 

Yea, that was my biggest problem. i went to 7 stores to get the 5 cans I needed.

 

Vano since you've used this stuff how many do you think I'll need?

 

well ive votedagainst the idea but im sure it will look good, i just prefer the black look to match your wheels.

atleast 8-10 cans. i think i used 3 cans on both pumpers, 3 coats. i know the cab took 4, and i think the bed and bumper took another 3 cans. i just read my posting from the forum and i put 2 coats of clear, no sanding, and that gave it the rough but satin finish. its held up pretty well for the 6 months its been on. no peeling or anything. even kickin the door shut doesnt peel up the paint.

you can have the store order you them, and they wont go on the shelf since its a personal order. i know this much, dont go mixing paint from vatozone/oreilly's/advanced... just cuz it says its the same colors don't make it the same color i promise.
