OK all I'm not that good with wiring. In fact not at all.Every time i have added lights to my truck my friend has always helped me out.I thot i payed attention but i am drawing a blank. Here is what i need from you guys.

Explaining to me in layman's terms how to wire my Westin off road lights.I have a red(power)and black(ground)wires and thats it.No connectors to it at all. These are the only two wires i have.I was told it is a good idea to add an in-line fuse close the battery.I also want to run a toggle switch to the inside of my cab to be able to turn them off and on.Also heard it's a good idea to use a high gauge wire to handle the wattage output(whats a high gauge wire to use)I did just go buy a electrical connectors box with wire crimpers.

Maybe someone can write up step by step instructions(i will pay pal you $10.00 to the instructions that are the simplest to me)Maybe someone can also do a diagram for me and send it to me.Again the instructions have to be in simple layman's terms.I really want to get these wired up in the next two weeks as were planing a night off road mud excursion. Thanks guys.

Ok, first off, get a toggle with 3 connectors for a constant power, power, and ground. I would recommend soldering and heat shrink but crimps work too but atleast get heat shrink and put the wrap over EVERY crimp. Your gonna want to run a wire from your positive on your battery to the constant on your switch (constant power). Then connect a wire from your switch for power to ONE of your lights. Then crimp in or connect in the other power from the other switch into the power from your other light. keep your ground seperate and attach them to a good connection on the frame. Then run your ground wire from your switch to another good ground...

I know this isnt the fanciest of directions but it will do

i have to recommend using a relay to turn them off and on. wire them how you want but im picky when i do something. i like everything mike wrote up but would have to add a relay in the circuit.

I used a relay for mine. Give me a minute and I'll try and draw something up

you can definitely wire them without the relay but the relay is gonna save the longevity of your lamps and wires and connections.
