    test drove one the other day, and it had 60,000 miles, tinted glass, short throw shifter, steeda intake, throttle body, no catts, flow master 44s, 3.73 gears, 18inch american raceing wheels, it was sick, it had leather, a good sound system, and my dad said i could trade my truck in for it, because gas is crazy

    ive already had a mustang 3 years back, and got in trouble with it, but i got more since now, this car is basically new, 1 owner

    truck=10-12mpg

    mustang=15-17mpg

    what would you guys do, i already have 1,400 invested in new grapps too :'(

    u might save gas but you know you gonna miss your truck and your gonna get lots of tickets in that stang so you won't be saving any money.

    on a side note, it does sound like a sweet stang though

    yea, but the car is priced for 12,500 he said he would give me 9 for the truck and drop the total price to 11,00 , cause we had bought my girlfriends car from the same place as the stang

    Unless you're paying for it with cash or trading dead even, the little bit of fuel you'll save doesn't outweigh the money you'll end up spending paying for it. Not to mention you're 20 years old and your insurance would be sky fuggin high on a Mustang regardless of it being a GT or even a V6.

    do what you want mark, just trying to impart some wisdom into your world. the benefits don't outweigh the money spent plus insurance premiums. just not worth it in the long run. gas goes up and gas goes down. it's just the way it goes

    you already have another truck so i say go for it. a man with your money does not need to worry about the cost of insurance or gas.
