I think Thomas has already bagged it and threw a 5 link under the rear. Something about building a show truck or something...

i bought one new back in 99..it only had around 18,000 miles on it..drove it around for a year like a baby..then a woman ran me off a mountain and it caved the cab in and ripped the fendor on the bed like a paice of paper...so i just fixed it back good enough to drive and i gave it hell for 2 years and when i sold it it still ran like it was new

Rangers are some of the toughest little trucks I've ever seen! just look around and some of the ones you see still driving around on the street. Those little bastards are like mini tanks or something. I miss the hell out of my 99 Mazda B2500 (Ranger in Mazda badges). That truck was only a 2.5 4 banger, but it had plenty of power to be fun. I've often thought about picking me up about a 94-97 Ext. Cab Ranger. I love that bodystyle, THE BEST looking Ranger's built imo. :peace:

I'm more partial to the older ones but they are fwonkin tanks...I beat the **** out of my old 83 model (those of you from TMC may remember it) and it would crank up every time I turned the key and flipped the switch, it even had a tree limb as big as my head fall on it and not even a single dent where it hit....

    yall may remember this photo

I remember my dad buying an 85 Ranger V6 brand new back at the end of 1985. It was charcoal grey with the orange Ranger stripes on the rockers and had the chrome slots on it with white letter tires. It was a bad ass little truck for it's time. He drove that truck until someone stole it with over 250k on it. Little fugger was T O U G H :peace:
