    I'm going with this set

    Optilux 4 inch HID Driving Lamp-RH2

    the ballast and everything is already built in is the man reason. They look expensive but if you add it up $50 for the light and $40 for the HID's your already at $90 so I don't think they are badly priced. You probably could find them cheaper if you searched the interwebs.

    Just kinda spun around like playing pin the tail on the donkey and started drilling wherever I landed. :ROFLJest:

    Pretty easy, cut the bar to the right length and hold it in place to mark how far the bolt hole is from the ends. Then measure from the bottom of the headlight mount, which is the bottom of your bar, to the center of the bolt hole to get your height.
