I started my truck to go home, ran it for 10 minutes, as soon as I was pulling up the driveway it started to have a very unsteady idle noise, and display on the tach. It was kicking forward and back just coasting, without gassing on it. It sounds like it has a cam is the best way to describe it. I'm going to have my neighbor check for codes, if it doesn't say anything, what could it be? Thanks.
False alarm. Got bad gas, only an 1/8 of a tank I put in yesterday. Used some Lucas, drove around and it was back to normal.
Idle something sensor can't remember the name but I have the same problem wait till ur truck shuts off on ya.
