    i agree, it's probably just going to be cheaper to get a whole lift kit for your truck

    :hmm: well it'd be $300-400 for a 2" kit (keys, shocks and blocks) vs $1000 for a 4-5" lift I don't know what I'll do

    just max out your stock keys, a block to match it, and air bags in the rear to assist with the trail on. or even better, AAL instead of blocks.

    friend from school was talking air bags on front and back for his dakota for when he plows. But I'm not sure how much more I can go on the stock keys

    nah, their pretty tough and its only a Dakota...shouldn't be too harsh on them

    yeah save up for the 4-5 lift. you'll kick yourself everytime if you just do the 2 inch

    yeah...your right I would be kicking myself if I only did the 2". It may take a while to save up but I think I can afford it eventually, but there's a few other things I gotta buy first. It looks pretty cool now with the widened stance
