my new (to me) 05 superduty!!!

    the 5.4 is plenty capable of motivating these trucks, is there 450+ ft pounds of tourqe on tape?....mabe not but it moves the truck down the road just fine. regearing is always a plus when oversized tires are involved exspecialy if alot of towing is gonna be involved. heck it wasnt so many years ago when all these dump truck we see runnin up and down the road were powered by gas engines and moving multi tons of material up and down the road, i say that because i logged many....many a miles riding shot gun in one (gas powered) with my old man when iz a kid.....( i just told off on myself being 38 didnt i......LOL!!!!!)

    True. Also like you said it's in the gearing. But I think they are plenty good for a daily driver and will pull a 32' camper just fine :peace:

    Man i found this truck a week before i finally talked myself inti calling to see if it was still there and available, iz really hopin it'd be gone cause i knew if it was there id be on it like stink on poop!!!...haha :waytogo:
