Collapsed brake lines.
Check to see if you have a fusible like from starter to fuse box to ignition somewhere in those areas.
I think that there's suppose to be a fusible link between ignition and starter that may be bad.

Check the hood switch. It maybe bad. That will not let you start truck it will kill power to starter until hood is closed.
Gaskets or seal for trans to transfer the bolts two drive lines the lever with linkage thats it to start.
Try steering joint or gear box.
Check adjustment then check if shoes are worn. Check if cable is broken. If electric check fuse or relay. Dont throw money at it find issue first.
Use a smoke machine on evap system it will find it in about 5 mins.
