    Personally I would look into a 3 ton floor jack and (4) 6 ton jack stands.

    Size of leveling kit

    I used a 2" HBS because that is all that it required to perfectly level my 07.

    34 in tires with no level?

    Take it to a Ford dealer and have them check it and align it. They did my 2" HBS on my 07 and it rides great.
