Those look good. My tailgate one looks good to me. But the front one, was a little big. I'll probably just have him redo that one for me. I had thought about leaving the chrome around the edge, but didnt. if i change my mind i'll just trim that out

and cant wait to do my scabs front end swap

 

I trimmed mine because my truck has small chrome accents so I left the emblems with a little chrome.

 

Yea i know. the only chrome i'll have once i get this goin, is on the wheels.

 

Hmmmm that's weird I used the same ones as I have for mine abe Thomas and evrbdy else. Ima send u another free of charge. Need a measurement

It is possible that the 97 had a smaller emblem.

Yep, it is possible...I believe the ones on my truck are smaller and they still had body style in 97 (super dutys)

Yup, 97-98 trucks had a smaller emblem.

 

I'm pretty sure they are the same size up till the nbs came out(ninjeered). Maybe it just got cut wrong lol. But like i mentioned, the tailgate one is perfect imo.
