so I can get a good agressive set of cams for my truck for 300 bux. and from what I hear ill need springs to handle em. does anyone know/have a write up on how to install them on our trucks? I would like to do it myself but if theres too much involved ill need to have em professionally installed and then tuned. what do yall got?

I'd check over with the mustang guys or the raptor forum, cuz I know a couple guys swapped in the FRPP cams in their trucks.

idk how much it would cost to have done though... not a common mod. But the Raptor guy I read about gained a solid 30rwhp and a sweet lope. I'll try and find the link.

    They are the same.

I looked at doing a cam swap. Seems too difficult for me. You basically tear the whole motor apart. If you are goin to do that might as well put in a built motor that will handle boost.

It's not THAT complicated. Pull intake, valve covers, serp setup, timing cover, pull old cams and springs. Reinstall...
