So my truck has been parked outside for the past 2.5 hours and there is a puddle of gas sitting under the gas tank.

    Now it just started today

I have about 1/3 of tank of gas. Also it seems to be dripping down from the top because its coming down the side of the tank and the side of the frame.

    What do you all think?

a small puddle. I called my brother and he put his gas can in the back of my truck without a cap so that is probably it. I don't have time to actually check it since I'm still on the phone trying to fix the government servers

There may be a couple of small seams that aren't completely filled with the liner.

If it isn't the gas can, the only other thing is could be is the pressure line of the pump. Return line wouldn't leak nor would anything else.
