Dropped my truck off at the dealer while I was gone so they could fix the shuddering which I thought was the torque converter. The $120 diagnostics they ran showed codes P0300 and P0308 and said that was the cause of the shaking and no power. They want $350 to replace one sparkplug and COP and $850 for a full tune up. The tuneup would be replacing all the plugs, the bad COP (#8) , and the PCV valve. I'm going to do the COP and PCV valve myself, then have them do the plugs for $400 later this summer. putting this here for me to have later Part 1 -How to Diagnose Misfire Codes P0300-P0308 (Ford 4.6L, 5.4L)
