ok i think i know how this works but i just wanna make sure.

the trip meter, odometer, and speedometer are all tied in together right? and if thats right then if my speed is off by 10% then my miles and trip will be off also, correct?

i was drivin somewhere and it dawned on me that i may be getting better mpgs than i expect because my speed is off by 10%.

its slow. so if my speed says 50 then im goin 55. so that must mean every mile on the trip i go its really 1.1 miles right haha. am i thinkin this out right?
