    So I'm looking to tint the windows. CA state law is 30% does anyone have any pics of tint around that percent?

    ya, they aren't much darker than stock

    I had 20% on my old truck. Wisconsin state law is like 50% lol but i never had any problems with cops, but im sure its a little more stricker in Cali than rural wisconsin

    i'm sure cali is a little stircter, haha, in ohio you're allowed 30% on the front windows and as dark as you want on the rear side and back window, guy i worked with had his saturn blacked out, he was living in vegas and said you had to have the black because of the heat, he ended up with a tint ticket from PA cops for the front two windows

    Be glad you don't live in Iowa we can't tint the front windows at all

    I just want something a little darker.I'm thinking 35% on the windows and something darker on the back

    Ask them if you can get 20%, and write it up as it was 30%. We got a few shops around here that do it for a few extra bucks. And the people who got pulled over show the cops the bill, and its usually good to go.
