^ya them xplodes arnt very good. my buddy had some xplodes in his chevelle ss but with the exhaust you couldnt hear or feel the subs over the engine/exhaust...then he went drifting and the box broke loose from its mounts and it slid over hit the airbag connector, broke it off and somehow managed to rip both subs...it sounded better after that...it was all v8 sound

Right now at the moment im running some kind of dual head unit...replaced all the stock speakers with JVC 6x8s in front 6x9s in back with two kenwood subs that sound but i just ordered two of these bad boys Infinity Reference 1262w Component Car Subwoofers at Onlinecarstereo.com which will be going in as soon as i make a vented box for them
Just got a Memphis 12" sub in a shallow truck box behind the center console, 800 watt amp (forget brand) and its running off a Pioneer stereo. Nothing to fancy, but she does great for what i was wanting
as of a few days i brought my truck into the 20th century with a dual head unit, which is pretty cool, and a stupid bass tube that i can't get to work right
As of right now I have a alpine headunit, pioneer door speakers all the way around, apline mrp-1000, 1F capacitor, and three 12'' kicker cvr's in a ported box. I'm gunna add another amp soon
