To give you an idea, I put down 135 at the rear wheels with 35's N/A. Last tune I had (which was pretty hot) we put down 450 at the rear wheels with 35's. I also have a stage 4 P&P Blower, Stage 2 P&P heads, exhaust. I would say you had to be close with 40's on that 250 N/A.
