i think it took me like maybe 2 hours to change the plugs on my old white truck when i did it. you even have a body lift so that'll make it easier to do the back ones.

That's what I was thinking. When's the last time you changed a set of Ford plugs, Bigun? Get a deep well socket and get after them. It ain't rocket science. 97-03 didn't have issues with broken plugs.
bigun, u can use a piece of rubber fuel line to reach in and get'em out of the whole after you have then screwed out.
