07 Fx4 going under the system. need help

Never ran any speakers before always got it professionally done. But me and a buddy thats good at running wire is going to help me hook it up.
Items:
custom under rearseat box.
1-12" kicker CVT shallow
400RMS and 800W peak
running it to my stock 6 disk cd player


amp i'm looking at Infinity - 894W Class D Mono Amplifier 400RMS at 4 ohm and 600RMS at 2 ohm with 894W peak at 2 ohm but my speaker is a 4 ohm so the specs fit the speaker. Is this good?

and i'm assuming 4 gauge wiring should be good? what else do i need to install i want to make sure i have all the proper items for when we install it

That wont cause to much stress on the amp and cause it to over heat?

 

Nope. Not if the amp is mono and 2 ohm stable

 

yea i was looking at mono class d amps

 

any suggestions on other amps guys? and best place to locate them in these trucks

Did you say it was a SVC (single voice coil) 4 ohm Kicker sub?

 

not sure if it's single but it's a 4ohm CVT is the brand i ordered them from another guy last night
