yea cuz the subs said they need 5.18" of mounting depth. you'll have some left over but if you order the standard depth box, it is only 5" deep

Id like to put on that plastic back panel piece if I can just so the back part will be completly flat and make it look clean. so I wont need very pricey covers, just need ones that will protect it.
For amps, this will do 1000W at 1 ohm which might be too much for those subs but it is a good deal and will do rated: Amazon.com: MB Quart ONX1.1000D D-Class Amplifier 1 x 475 @ 4 OHMS, 1 x 750 @ 2 OHMS, 1 x 1000 @ 1 OHM: Electronics Here is a 4 channel that will do 320x2 at 4ohm bridged so that will be in the sweet spot for those: Amazon.com: MB Quart ONX4.80 4 Channel Amplifier 4 x 80 @ 4 OHMS, 4 x 160 @ 2 OHMS, 2 x 320 @ 4 OHMS: Electronics MB Quart amps all do rated power from what I have heard and you would be saving a few dollars if you went with the 4.80 If you think you will upgrade to subs with more power handling in the future, go with the monoblock that I posted so there is some head room for power. If you want also, checkout caraudioclassifieds.org as there are some good deals on used amps that people are selling so you can often get a higher end amp for the price of a new lower end amp
gotcha. i dont think I will upgrade any time soon since this set up should bump pretty good and make me happy. so to keep it simple for me...which would you recomend given the subs I will be putting in? I just need a simple one that will be good/long lasting/reliable etc for them. thanks dude
