This as a first timer only took about an Hour and a half. Not Fun but Not bad either. Tools: Philips Screwdriver 11mm socket 10mm socket and wrench 7mm socket Tape Hammer Punch Drill with 3/8ths bit (can vary) 6- M6 1.5cm bolts with 10mm hex head (lowes .68/4pk) 6- lock washers for said bolts Hopefully your window is stuck in the up position like mine was. Start by tapeing the window up around the door frame. 3 pieces should be fine. then remove your door panel. both the handle and the window controls pop off by first pulling out on the front most edge. Remove all connectors Then remove the brace, the speaker and the thin covering (the back has adhesive so be careful with it) Next remove the two 11mm nuts from regulator support and there are two more holding the window to the track. after you remove those you need to pry the track off of the posts. (obviously be careful its attached to your window!) Disconnect the power connection. Then take your hammer and punch and knock the center pins out of the 6 rivots holding the motor on. Finish by drilling out the remainder of the rivot and the assembly will fall to the botom of your door Pull the assembly out through the big hole on the left. New assembly goes in through same hole. put the 2 assemblies side by side on the ground to make sure everything is facing the right way before you put it in! the two center nuts on the motor must be put in before you put the assembly in the door for clearance issues (You will NOT get these in after the fact!) Loosely attach the lock nuts and the regulator support to the door. Line up four remaining motor bolt holes and install. snug up 6motor and 2 support bolts. reconnect power plug and connect window switch. (*Important: make sure the power lines are tucked away of the vertical window track or when you put the window down it will rip those wires out of your new motor!) Move the window track so that it lines up with the holes in door (pictured) UNtape the window (while supporting it!) lower it to the track and push the studs through the track holes and reconnect the 11mm nuts. Now you can put the thin film back on, reconnect the speaker, and be sure to reconnect the black brace. put the door panel back on and your done! Hope this helps
