I need a little help troubleshooting a clicking sound coming from the right front of my 96 F-150 4x4. This only happens when executing a right hand turn and only while the truck is in motion. And it makes the sound no matter if the hubs are locked in or not. I have r/r'd the the wheel bearings (no fix) and inspected underneath for any obvious damage or wear. I hit every lube point underneath and the noise went away for a couple of days, but came back pretty quickly. I guess I could try hitting them one by one until the noise goes away, but just wondering if anyone has ever seen this specifically? and maybe some pointers....

I would say U-Joints also. Check your CV joints too, they might be dried out and starting to grind.

You can hear it a little when braking, but its much more prominent when turning right while the truck is moving, dont hear it at all turning left (Maybe I just need to make left hand turns everywhere I go!) I also dont hear anything abnormal when sitting still and turning the wheel. Thanks to batman and cowboy for the info as well, I'll check that.
