    I have heard of it being used.It's used allot down south(usually in the stix/boonies area)by ppl who grew up old school.By older stock car racers,moonshiners ppl like that.My friend Bernie(who lives in Chapin South Carolina)uses it to wash his cars/trucks and has been doing it for years.But you better know how much Kerosene to use or you will take your paint right off.lol.

    the gas station here still sells it last time i checked. they got a diesel, offroad diesel, and kerosene pumps

    they tar and chip roads here so if you hit one when its fresh you end up with a free undercoating, haha, but yea like i said ive used it for tar before
