that looks sick jesse! now just get rid of those gay window vents that stick to the outside of the door and replace them w/ the in-line version and you'll be set. of course PTM the bumpers would be ODC! Think I'm gonna have to follow you guys and black out my rims since I don't want to spend $1k on just rims...
It wasn't too long ago that the only time you saw black wheels was when somebody's hubcaps fell off. It looks good in certain situations with an all black vehicle but it looks better to me if they show quite a bit of silver on other color vehicles. Who's going to be the first to step up and spray bomb their entire truck? BTW... I saw an F150 with bedliner on the wheels over the weekend and it looked like ass. The texture made it look like there was a coat of axle grease on the wheels and it was already peeling off in several places.
post up your chromies for ptm's on craigslist. i'm sure there has to be an XL riding around somewhere that wants to upgrade to chrome. and i'm hittin up vatozone at lunch haha. did you tape off your tires so as not to paint them? guess i should put a piece of cardboard behind the rim as well so I aint paintin my caliper/brakes...
i took my wheels off to make it easier and no tape and only got paint on my tire in 1 spot lol and theres one here same color as mine with ptm bumpers but i rarely see him anymore
i aint takin off 4-35" tires man... its a pain to remove the front tires cuz if i do both at once, i have to have wooden blocks for my jack stands to even come CLOSE to havin the height needed. guess i'll be takin some cardboard home from work and makin cutouts. and just some regular high gloss? didnt get high temp paint or anything like that? (sorry, too lazy to sift through 13 pages)
