    Yeah its true, but to be honest its easy as cake. The adapters are too thick and the bulb holder won't go back on the projector. So instead you just trim down the thin metal washer and fit that into the bulb hole and tighten the crap out of the bolt with the projector aimed properly and then murder it with Epoxy. I'll type up the procedure, its simple. you just need to take your time to make sure its perfect because once you Epoxy it, there is no going back.

    Great looking truck, got me thinking about doing some sort of PTM on the tow mirrors when I order them for my truck.
