general tires

    i've heard the red letter ones suck balls in wet/snow enviroments. ment for dry and sand mostly

    the red letter ones are reg black walls on the other side , just flip them .......... and ive heard alot of good thangs about em

    SHould be then! Just try to find reviews with them having been on a truck of your size. Wear and tear differs from what i've read on other tires.

    Yes, but a 295/70/18 is also a 34.6" tire so once again... it is all relative.

    The first number means nothing but width without the rest of them.

    I feel like were both getting at the same thing. I was talking about in the OP's situation when I said 315s are closer to a 35 because he asked directly about 315/75/16 (size those grabbers come in) versus 305/75/16 (which he has)
