i second that... the girl that was in my passenger seat when i rolled got a fractured skull broken jaw and some spinal injuries in the hospital oct4th to the 22nd. where she was at in the truck she should have died.
Wreck could have been worse. Not too much damage and at least none of it's body damage. Just a good excuse to replace the factory wheels. No one was hurt, that's all that matters.
Omg that is horrible .........i know my accident isnt bad especially for the speed i was going couldve gone alot worse . The rim with all its little pieces missing is still holding the air in my tire so thats great i didnt feel like changing a tire in ten degree weather
When you get it to a shop, you may want to have them check the alignment. Taking a hit in the wheel like that may have slightly knocked it out of alignment, maybe not, but still something to check.
I had kinda the same thing happen to me in 93.....I had bought a brand new truck and hadn't had it but about 3 weeks and hydroplaned and hit the center divider on I40 and the spun around backwards and hit the guard rail. $5500 worth of damage. I was bummed. but I was ok and they fixed it back like new(no major damage) and that was the first and I hope the last wreck I ever have. Now motorcycles are a different story
Yea i was gonna have ford check that out once i get it in the shop i dont feel any vibrarion my dad followed me last night and made sure the axel wasnt bent as of now it looks kike its just the rim issue. I have been in alot of accidents the past two yrs october of 09 my x took his f250 and rammed my bfs car on the highway into the center divider broke the windows out with a bat breaking my guys nose and the glass cut my nose open so had to get stitches.....then my x on the way to my work a few mths later rammed my explorer from the passanger side causing 4 grand in damage.....and this past june a lady changed lanes into my explorer w.o insurance .....im so done with accidents .....but yes luckily my stang isnt the one getting hit that paint job is major expensive
Sorry to hear about the wreck before the first payment. I got a wreck 3 month after gettin mine. My front end ate this girls lil focus passenger 1/4 panel... all that was wrong w/ mine was the bumper bent like it was made too... Still frustrating since it was prestine and now you will always know that it was swapped out. Glad you're ok. And try to stay away from those crazy ass guys and your accident total should severly drop off
yep glad your ok. And that you didn't have much body damage to yourself. Here is a wreck I was in. I was driving and the drunken driver crossed center and hit me. I should of been dead. The other driver lost his legs, and later on killed himself instead of going to court and facing the judge, because he didn't have insurance and you have to in the state of Ohio. [/IMG]
