    well i was removing my exhaust manifolds to put my headers on and i got down to my last two studs on the passenger side and all i did was give it one wack with the air hammer and bang both broke off in the head, anyone no how to get studs out

    theres a tool you can use to extract head bolts

    no each one broke off about 3 threads into the hole. there the upper and lower back ones on passanger side

    left handed drill bits and easy outs. if that doesn't work you'll have to drill them out compleatly and retap the threads

    This always works but I dont know if it will melt the head. Take a nut and weld it to the broken stud, then you can put a socket on the nut and get em out.

    sorry broh but this wont work in this case. he said the bolt snaped about 3 threads into the head. you can only weld a nut to the bolts if they snaped outside of the head.
