So i found a good deal on some wheels and tires for my pops but we are having some issues with center caps. The set that came with the wheels were too small for the rear, the hub was too fat and stuck out too far for the cap to snap on. Here's a pic of the original and the "alternative" cap they sold him. The longer ones were 80 bucks for the pair. Does anyone know a good place to find universal caps? And for 80 bucks would y'all be as dissatisfied with these caps as he is? They literally stick out farther than the tire.

The alternative cap they sold him for almost 100 bucks for the pair.

He has an 02 4x4 sd 7.3. Has anyone seen wheels look like that?!

Really? Ha ha those are the ones he's pissed about. They stick out about an inch past the sidewall. If he still had them on I'd snap a pic of it from the back

They look good on older trucks with a deeper wheel, but when you see these things on here it ruins the wheels. for each their own ha ha, I have an idea on some of the universal caps like mine with the flange on them that push through the wheel vs the clip on caps. These wheels aren't able to accommodate the flange but the caps fit in tight enough that we can get the universal caps and cut the flange and cut them to proper length and wedge them in. It's worth the 16 bucks I think to give it a shot.
