you just have to tell the people buying it that you're not liable for anything going wrong and that they are completely responsible for installing it the right way

Yeah that's my thoughts also... I will do it in writing on the instructions in bold print haha... Right now $$ is tight (own a construction business which is tough right now) so unless I get a down payment for materials kinda like I do with my construction jobs I won't really be able to blast any out and possibly not sell em if someone changed thier mind...

I also need an 04-08 for a prototype, my sister is on the fence about letting me do her truck but she doesn't wanna go big and a setup for 33" tires won't be a good candidate, I'd rather do one with a minimum of 38s for a showpiece to sell those kits

Since its all weld on, couldnt you see if it can be revised to abolt up kit? Just throwin that out there if it would even be possible

I could make it a bolt on kit but the problem would be lift height... For correct caster angle (steering geometry) if the frame wasn't slugged the shackle Hanger would have to be under the frame which in turn you'd have to drop the front spring Hanger another 3-4" on top of the drop it already has which would be silly... Good thought though, the only other way would be bolt on frame plates that are slugged but you'd still have to bore the frame and if ya go that far might as well weld the slugs in rather than drill more holes and Swiss cheese the frame in that area
Edit: frame plates would also push the bushings too far apart and make the shackles wider at the top with an asymmetrical design just a pita for offsets and not as strong

As far as the front Hanger, yes I could make that bolt in pretty easily, but the way it was designed was for strength and I think with the amount of contact surface with the welds (about 20" of weld each side) it's substantially stronger than a couple grade 8s on each side

^ to be more clear if the lowest I could make the kit was a 10" fugly lift a lot of people would shun away... Although at that point you could run flat stock springs with huge drop hangers at 6-7" lift height and be http://128.83.80.193/scarysteering/index.html style haha

Ahh lol. Didnt even think of it throwing off all the geometry. Oops. lol. I'd love to SAS my truck, but dont see it ever happening.

6.5" is the lowest lift height possible at this time
