Yea most of you guys are in the south.. your cost to live tends to be cheaper then it is up here. So your used vehicles will go for abit less. And if that truck is as clean as stated, its worth 8k
Im thinking i will try for 7K. So then my next question is,how long can i expect it to last mile wise?I will take care of her with only minor alittle of roading,1-2 times a month,as oposed to with my last truck,4-6 times a month with the mud group,lol. N if i got it,its getting lifted atleast 6'' with 35's and tuner.
Some are rocking over 200k miles, others die at 100k. If you keep up on the filter changes and don't bounce off the rev limiter you should be good to go. I'd get 4.56 gears to help the trans live off-road with 35s also.
Hell i was hopen for atleast in the 250K range or more.50K i will put that on in a 1-2 years.Hopen to get atleast 3-4 years. N yes gears would be also comming.
If its already at 150K, I would only worry about the transmission giving out. No reason why the motor shouldn't keep on tickin for a long time.
If ya wat her to last, level with 33'sand be done lol. Or start setting aside and drop a 4bt in when the gasser dies.
you should get 200-250k out of her and I've even seen people gettin 300+ it's just like any other truck, take care of her and she'll be around for a long time
