I have heard this noise twice in the past 2 days it sounds like a quite fog horn if that makes sense. I hear it when I'm just going down the road. But as soon as I turn the truck of and back on it goes away. It sounds like its coming from my left front fender. Any one know what is going on!???????

But it doesn't do it all the time. And as soon as I slow down put it in part and turn it off than back on its gone. It's done it twice in the past 2 days

Wheel bearings or a bum has decided to live in your fender well, I'm betting wheel bearings. :hmm:

if it does it while its not rolling its not a wheel bearing. This is a common issue that ive ran across and more than likely its you IAC. Try cleaning it with throttle body cleaner and if the problem persists replace it.

It has only happened once each day. And I stop and put it in park and it stoped than back in drive and its fine. That's what happened today.

I don't think its my ICA because I would have weird idles and problems starting. Right?

Not nessicarily, just clean it and see if it works, its an easy 10 minute fix.
