    Sounds like your LSD is needing some whale fat. Mine did that when I first bought it and Ford replaced the dope in the rear end and it's never done it since.

    For the clutch pack shudder, all you need is a bottle of friction modifier added to the diff. That clunk could be the slip yoke or it could just be normal drivetrain backlash from letting off and then romping on it.

    You will have people say that there is no backlash but they're full of ****. It is physically impossible for there to not be a certain amount of play in the drivetrain.
