superduty taillights and tailgate

    So the '08 SD gate fits a '97-'03 F150 no mods or driver's side roller hinge parts.

    To put the '08 SD gate on a earlier SupaDooty others say ya need:

    Driver's Side Roller (hinge) - 4L3Z83430B39AA List - $6.83
    Insert - E7TZ99430B22A List - $7.58

    They are saying the roller hinge and insert are a F150 part, but not what year. I'm guessing '97-'03, hence the reason the '08 SD gate fits a eff1fifty no extra parts or mods.

    All that is needed is the roller mount that is attached to the left side of an 08 superduty. The rest of it is a direct fit. The only difference between the 97-03 f150 and the 99-11 Superduty is that the superduty short box is three inches longer than the F150 short box.

    Tail lights need a small mod to the cross bar that is behind the light mount and different light socket ends.
