    update

had to go buy a different fuel line tool
    [IMG]
    got the intake off
    [IMG]
found out i had 1/4" of dirt in every spark plug hole!
so i had to vacuum and blow all that out.

then i dropped some dirt in the head by the intake valve and had to get that out.

cleaned up the gasket surface and put in new plugs
    [IMG]
    put on the new gaskets

Lower intake is on with COPS and intercooler lines ran.

cleanest IC ive seen in awhile. You HAVE TO put an L&S oil separator on the pcv line when its done, it'll keep the IC nice and clean. also if you havent already, strip all the coating off the blower rotors with aircraft paint stripper. id fill the silencer holes too. PM me with any guestions or if you need reference to anything.

and the pcv line that runs to the ba k of the lower intake needs to be replaced with a hard plastic one or it'll fail, cant get to it with the blower on

i have a L&S for it. i didnt have to clean the intercooler, it only had 30K miles on it and looked like that! i didnt strip the rotors because i dont plan on running that high of boost to where it will flake and i already filled the silencer holes :waytogo:

i actually just plugged that line at the lower intake so i dont even need it.

yea mine never flaked, i still have the coating on em, i figured that after 125k miles if they hadnt stayed started flaking they arent going to. you just gonna go with the stock lower and HD upper?
