Except that we don't have pick and pulls up here... If something is wrecked it goes to auction and the car shops buy them up to use for parts... the shop I got my estimate at said they found a used door for $600 :Grenade: and I don't know if that needed painted or not.

I'm going to need new tires this summer anyways, maybe I'll just start a truck account at the bank and let it get some more pennies before summer :jester:

I'd probably use $500 to get my power steering fixed also...

I'd try to keep the money, and when the time comes fix it yourself. Its bound to not cost near the 2600 if it's just the door. Swapping one wouldn't be hard.

Yeah, I don't even know if I'd bother getting it fixed right now. The paint won't ever match right and she's got dents and dings all over already. Holiday season is killing me, no work is getting done on figuring this out yet....

The insurance companies are having a hard time getting the police report...idk why... I'm making some phone calls in the morning, hoping to get this clusterf*ck all sorted out.

Thats because we actually know what we are doing, they are thinking of their boyfriend that they got into a fight with, already shopping at the mall while texting or talking on their cell phone about this crap while putting on makeup and loading their favorite CD. And getting confirmation from their friend in the passenger seat that their current boyfriend is a jerk because he likes to hang out with his friends for 1 hour out of the day, Can you believe the nerve of him!
Then suddenly OH! We hit them and who's to blame? :driver: :lol2:

Alrighty... so after the long holiday weekends holding everything up it's almost sorted out.
The chicks insurance is Progressive, and I'm glad its not mine. I got the police report and it says that I had "No Improper Driving" and she has "Improper Lane Change/Usage". However, the cops didn't write any tickets, so her insurance is saying that nobody was at fault

So after seeing how retarded Progressive was, I called my insurance rep at State Farm to see what the deal is. They said that they are going to go through a 3rd party to get a binding decision on who's fault it is, but they're sending me a check to take care of the damages :big_banana_Dance:
It's pretty obvious who's fault it was and Progressive just doesn't want to shell out the money...

So that check is going into my savings account and hopefully there will be enough left this summer to get a new set of tires and my steering fixed :fuckyea:
