Hey y'all just signed up, recently acquired a 2011 f150,... Was mostly into diesels until I finally had enough,, that's another story and perhaps one I will fill you in with later. Here's my truck.. Love this thing. Back in 3/18/10 I had a mishap with my 2008 dodge 3500, 6.7l I was at the ranch and my trucks transmission went out. Truck only had 28k miles when this happened. I had a water meth injection and TBE, CAI and when I called the 800 number for service I drove the truck in reverse to meet with the driver. Well Brown dodge in Devine took deliver of my broken down dodge, well the transmission was toast and my truck was black listed.. Crazy thing is that they said it was because of the water meth injection and that I probably ran my truck to the ground.. Well I ended up Sending the truck to Suncoast in Florida for some repairs.. Being that the new 68re was still being worked on for performance handling I ended up going to the conversion of the 48re full billet! 13 months later truck was ready for the big upgrade a set of twins.. So upon much research I went with Lovefab up in Michigan .. He picked up the truck and work was paid in advance. 18k later the truck was getting a set of massive twins. I had been back and forth with the builder on what I wanted and what I expected. I wante huge turbos but wanted the engine to live long enough so that I could buy, build, forge a 6.7l and then hit triple digits on the dyno.. Well 8 months later the builder finally started and was close to finish when all of a sudden 100mph truck broke tires loose and before he knew it the engine blew.. Thats when I decided it was too much and I gave up on diesels .. 29k spent and nothing but a blown engine to show for it.. So I'm done.. Here are pics. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
