broke a leaf spring

    My leaf spring broke the other day on my way to work :facepalm:, it was just the bottom spring when I got there. I tied it together with some good ol twine and on the way back home the top spring broke top, so good thing I tied it together :peace:
    I took both springs off and am getting some different ones from a salvage yard, so I should be rollin in a couple days

    Not to steal the thread, but i recently broke a leaf spring clamp and noticed my leafs are sorta separating just on the ends should this be fixed right away or am I fine with it?

    Over time they rust or get weak. I've heard about them breaking before. I can see one of them finally just snapping.

    I just realized that two of the springs were broken. DAMN :shocked::shocked::shocked:
