Jon I'm gonna guess and say you have the Wrangler RT/S. They are gdyr's cheap tires and you can get stuck in flat wet grass with those but they are cheap and wear slow. I should promote those since I work for them but honestly if you promote a not great product then people lose confidence in the whole company. Every company makes sub par tires and you have them. The Duratracs and the BFG All- Terrains are on a level playing field so it becomes a matter of preference or maybe looks. they are both about $200 a tire in your size.
I have cooper discovers st and i like them alot, great and the snow and mud. There advertised as contractor tires like the duratracs are. and they were 300 bucks cheaper for a set of 4 than duratracs.
Ive got maxxis bighorns, they dig great, and clean pretty well. They still look brandnew and ive had them close to 7 months now. Plus they look like a mt but there are an at.
I had nitto terra graps in 285 75 17s on my screw and they are great, I would recommend those, I have bfg at's in 315 75 16 on my SD and they are just as awesome with a smaller price tag.
yah that is what they are, they were on it when i bought the truck. i really appreciate all the input guys i think im gonna have to think about this one... im torn between the two now. i think i might be starting to lean toward the goodyears. i like the way they look in the pic that was posted.
