River city diesel and warren injectors run 1500 for a set of 155cc injectors. RCD has a flow bench and will test them with flow reports for each injector.

with the left over cash you can get a regulated return kit and a tune for them and be fine until your ready for studs. if your already looking at a set then imo why not.

RCD also does new injectors at 3500 for 155cc built from new injectors.

what else are you about to do?

Well i had planned on the EGR Cooler/Oil Cooler - Head Gaskets - Studs - Turbo rebuild .. Its just soooooooo much money i decided to hold off on the studs/ head gaskets until later ... so far ive not have problems with it which i know thats a huge problems in the 6.0's but the way the guys were talking on BPD if i do the EGR cooler/Oil cooler i should be fine and not have to do the studs/heads.

heres my perspective. if your gonna be doing oil cooler and new egr cooler and injectors the labor on that alone might make it worth looking at studs. i can get Studs HG new oil cooler and egr delete (already have it though) with all the parts installed for 3200 bucks. the labor to install new injectors when doing that is free since theyre coming out anyway and already included in that labor price so if your doing injectors already you just have to add the cost of them.

but if you want the BPD oil cooler thats a large chunk of change there and it still wont really keep you free of popping a HG its just going to remove the worry of the oil cooler health and related issues imo.

so at 3200 out the door for studs etc plus 1500 for new injectors and 600 ish for regulated return and a tune under 100 thatd be a pretty sick setup imo. but 2K for BPD oil cooler is alot haha

just FYI the place that will do 3200 does oil cooler and delete for around 1800

The glow plugs need to be replaced too but they arent much from the part store. My truck has a VERY cold start. If its plugged up or you cycle it 3 times it does better. If you dont and let the glow plug light go off then start it the truck lopes and puffs blue/white smoke for several seconds and then clears up. This happens weather its cold or hot outside and also some days it runs just fine and other days it falls on its face and this is even after the truck is warm and has been drove. Its not throwing any hard codes but i did run a test on it and it has some inactive codes and they related to the turbo. Ive ran the injector test on it and nothing but i know they say after 100,000 miles its not a bad idea to replace them... with the blue/white smoke ive always thought that was injector related.

have you checked your FICM voltage? id look there before going to injectors since theyre known to cause issues.

I didnt even look at theirs.. I just hope what im going to do fixes the problems im having with mine. Im looking into getting another truck like mine with the 6.0 and build the heck out of it and race that one. Im not going to lift it or anything, there are a bunch of idiots around here with diesels they think are fast and like to mess with mine because of the sound of mine they think it has stuff done to it which it doesnt. So i would like to build one eventually to smoke theirs and if i do i will be going bigger with everything!
