Alright guys. got my Rancho RS5000s this morning (well 3 of them atleast, still waiting for the 4th) Went ahead and installed the fronts. Nice rust color boots were cracked on both shocks. Bushings were pretty rough and torn apart New im hoping FEDEX drops off the other rear shock tonight...not sure why amazon sprlit the order between UPS and FEDEX. Front end feels much better, will let yall know how the ride is when all 4 are swapped.
I had kyb coil overs on my s10 and they were amazing. I wanna get some rancho shocks for my screw. I would do coil overs but the don't have em for the f150 Sent from my iFord f150
got the rears on yesterday. they were a ***** to get off. bolts/nuts were frozen. The second i put the socket on this nut the whole stud snapped off. hadly gave it any torque. passenger rear. this shock wont compress. the ride with these shocks is awesome compared to what it was before. everything feels nice and tight. love the ride!
sweet looks good! my front ones would compress but wouldnt uncompress, had to use another truck to extend them so I could put them back on...then I got bilsteins.
yea i pulled it off and it extended. tried to compress it and got it compressed a little but then it extended again lol. im loving these shocks man. happy i found em show cheap too. $37/ per for the rears. $50 for the fronts. Amazon is the best place to shop!
heck ya it is!!!! ill be lookin for new shocks once I get my rear springs. with my new suspension ill be runnin a fox 2.0
