2001 5.4 screw tapping

If he was leaking at the mani it would throw a lean code. Mine did I got a 01 screw 5.4 and 2 lean codes were caused by leaking intake mani gasket. The tap sound could be it getting old, exhaust Mani gasket, or head gasket.

My guess is your about to throw a spark plug. I would check the #3 plug to see if its loose.
