So the guy with the 95 never answered my calls to confirm the time for me to go look at it... but I found this 1994 Ford Ranger XLT Reg. Cab Long Bed 2WD Im wondering... WTF ARE THEY THINKING!!! 8k!!!! I kbb'd it. HALF! I walked outta there laughing at them and hopped in my giant truck, didnt help that it was a hyundai dealer ba ha. Kelley Blue Book
Have you looked into the older small toyotas at all? im not sure how they compare MPG wise, but i had a bud in highschool that had one and we couldnt kill it no matter how hard we tried. we used to take it to the sand dunes on the Oregon coast and jump the ish out of it. by the time he got rid of it, we had bent every panel and the frame, and rolled it multiple times, but it never stopped running.
yeah, ive looked at a few, id really like to get something with airbags because my wife will probably drive it to work sometimes too, id like it to be a little safer. ive owned nothing but fords so going the 95 ranger/b series pickup seems to be the route im going. but ive looked at everything ha ha, I just seem to really like the fords.
Ive been looking at rangers and such, but came across this and thought it would be fun. 1988 BMW 325i Convertible. Priced to sell! Summer's Coming!!
nope, no airbags ha ha... its tough trying to curb the urge to buy a toy and buy something practical instead...
I tried that a couple summers ago. I worked at a Chevy dealer so I bought a brand new 08 Chevy Aveo hatchback. Averages 34mpg buttt. I cant leave nothin alone soooo. 17s, lowered 1 3/4, system, intake, tinted windows, spoiler, front chin spoiler from a dodge ram (lost about 8" from center). Blacked out headlights, smoked tails, bla bla. Oh yea full repaint !! LOL
Yeah, the cost of buying something new would far outweigh the savings in gas ha ha. Plus I wouldnt be able to leave it alone. Whats there to mod on a 2.3l ranger? ha ha, maybe remove some rear blocks, and ad some ptm ha ha.
Here's a pic of my old 95. Bought new, lowered before I made first payment. I even polished the entire intake, and painted the entire undercariage. Ended up in Sport Truck magazine
