I finished installing my Screamin' Demon Coil Pack and LiveWire Plug Wires in attempts to fix my intermittent low end stumble... and it didn't work. I have a brand new coil pack, brand new wires, and I have Autolite Platinum plugs with less than 10k miles on them so from what I can tell is that it's not coming from the ignition system. I'm not getting a CEL and I'm starting to get kind of frustrated. Any thoughts? Vacuum leak? Fuel Pressure? I dunnno. Maybe get a programmer and tune? I'm open to any suggestions and advice to help get to the bottom of this. Thanks in advance guys! Oh... and I'll have pics of the wires tomorrow!
Fuel pump has less than 2,000 miles on it and fuel filter has less that 6,000. Just cleaned my MAC filter about 500 miles ago.
It's a sensor that checks the barometric pressure of your EGR system. I had to replace mine along with the EGR valve. Yes, it caused my truck to skip and run like shat in general.
That I'm not sure of. I know this much, it only takes like 2 minutes to swap out. My EGR was screwed too. I replaced my EGR first, then ended up replacing the DPFE sensor like 3 days later. I was frustrated as hell dude, and at the point of wanting burn my shat to the ground. Hang in there.
