Its amazing once you flip the tune to stock and then back to 75-80hp what a difference it makes. And to think you wanted to trade that bad boy in on 2011.

 

Thats true, the 2012 i test drove was a bad mofo stock though! Plus all the extras it comes with they are nice trucks, but i would have been sick if i would have got rid of my current one!

 

I've found out the more work you put into your truck, whether it be taking apart some part of your motor, rebuilding something, or just adding mods to your truck the harder it is to get rid of it. haha i've found a couple of trucks i had to talk my self into buying then i'd go look at mine and say nah i cant do it.

 

The 2012s are fun and nice to drive but pricey. Plus u dont get the sound of a diesel. 96 7.3 best sounding diesel ever

 

Hell with all the work you have done and taking out a loan.How much have to stuck into it?Sounds expensive.I was looking at a 6.0,but decided on a 2001 F350/7.3 TD.After visiting diferent forums and learning more about the 6.0 and all the problems that could arise and the cost alone,had to go a seperate way Only thing i have had to do to mine were the seals in the turbo,so i just flat out replaced it and got tunes for her and some other goodies

I have ALOT of money in mine thats one reason i still have it. Ive had it painted and everything... ill post a picture of what it looked like when i first bought it!

 

You cant really tell in this picture but the truck was dark blue with gold around the bottom.. completely stock when i bought it...

But hell with all the engine problems ya been haveing,how much has that set ya back?Again,that was a main reason why i didn't go with the 6.0 cause of the horror stories i heard from ppl and the reading i did on the 6.0.
