So heres the story. I ordered my prerunner bar from them last week. They sent me and email with my comformation took the money out of my account and said we will keep you updated with tracking info when order has been shipped. Today I look through my emails like usual and i dont see one yet so I call them up and am like "hey yo where my S*** at" (not exact words ) She puts me on hold and calls the distribution center. Gets back to me and says sorry they are shipping it out today. You should have tracking info tomorrow. Im like ok not to big of a deal. She says anything else I can help you with and i crack a joke and say how bought 100% off the bar. She laughed and said she cant do that. We hang up and I for some reason while driving looked at my account balance. I have alot more money than I had yesterday. Its about the same amount that the part costed. So I think she returned it even though she said they put it on the truck..... What should I do? Wait till I have tracking info to see if they still sent it? My bank account statement has nothing in there name being given or refunded to me. I do have the $6.00 fee for shipping insurance still taken out of my account. Do I call back now? Or should I wait till I have tracking info? Im afraid to not call them cause I dont feel like being that A**hole and i also dont want them coming back to me in a month and being like hey you owe us money. ADVICE PLEASE!!!
Well even then. Do I call them. Or just wait till they do monthly billing and realize it or would they even? It shows nothing on mine. As if I never even was there
wait till the tracking number comes to you. they might have returned the money to you because they hadnt shipped it yet (for whatever reason, but it happens) and then when it does ship they will take it. if they forget....your gain IMO. you snooze you lose
I ordered my WAAG bar from them. they sent me the receipt and tracking number in an email the next day, but I didnt get my bar for 2 months...
yah i agree they may have refunded it, then are going to take it back out when they ship it. its probably the only way she could have got the bar to ship.
