    Do you think they wont work well as regular lights? I dont need them really bright

    Like said before all the cars/trucks I have seen with projectors don't really emit much light. I say go with some lightning style lights and tint them. Or the ones 01f1502wd posted aren't bad looking. I did HIDs in my truck with 8k i think? How bright HIDs are depend on the color, 8k, 12k etc. I think the more white you go the brighter they are so 5k's are brighter than 8k but I may be backwards

    the higher "k" is brighter, but has less useable light as it increases.

    higher "k" is not really brighter, its just hotter. The brightest color is 4300k, some will argue that 5000k is brighter but its not.
