I'm having horrible issues with my fabtech 7.5 inch lift. It's eating bearings like a fat kid at a carnival. I'm running nitto terra grabblers 325/60/20 and moto metals 20x10 no regear yet and I was told by 4 wheel off road parts that I need to replace all my front end parts but, I'm trying to see if anyone else has or heard of these problems. I'm to the point I will just drive it off a bridge and jump out and walk away. I thought about even going down on the tires and rims. PLEASE HELP ME OUT fellas

I haven't had any bearing issues yet. I have to get my front end components changed soon since they are original (ball joints, tie rod, pitman arm, etc) but that's just normal wear and tear

How much offset do you have? Do you have excessive angles going on from spacers/lift coils that were added to give more height then intended? Some pics of suspension and a bit more about how you drive the truck helps out too.

Hey your that guy in Houston right???

Post some pics so we can see what's goin on. If your running just the 7.5 then my angles with the spacer on top of that should be worse than yours

    And boom goes the dynamite.

Ok here are a few pics of the wheel and the spindle doing their all to often favorite dance. Hopefully you guys have some insight into this. I talked to fabtech and they suggested repressing the axle into the spindle. I just didn't want to have to sit around with the down time waiting on my part to get done in Cali and then have to wait to get it back. :hmm:

Oh and the grooves in the side wall came from the spindle a while back. I've gotten to the point I feel when the outter bearings are about to give out on me.

Your alignment looks jacked up. That tire is wearing BAD!!! Maybe replace the bearing and get some wheel spacers to push the wheel out so it will stop rubbing. The problem with this lift is it requires wheels with less than 4in of backspace mainly because the tire or wheel will run on the top of the spindle.

    And boom goes the dynamite.

You have bad ball joints for sure. The offset is not nearly enough. The camber being off that much is causing the premature bearing wear. Have you takin it to a alignment shop??
