    They have gloss plasti dip to now i think. If you want shiny black rims.

    I would do the lil indent on the bottom of each spoke, along w/ the lip, but leave the flat portion of the 5 Star the factory color... and if you dont like it, you can simply paint them the rest of the way. Just an idea.
